It can even withstand up to 2,500 fahrenheit. It can be use in many work which heavy-duty. The price to not that expensive, it's 35$-45$.

Review (20 November 2017)
This week Aj.Priyakorn and Aj.Sittha review all lecture that they've teach us in this semester, talk about the last project presentation and the final exam day.
Aj.Sittha give us many example about his previous project and his failure, that make him learn how to process the project in the right way. We can see that he doesn't just get a lecture and come to teach us but, he got many experience from his work so, he can tell us that we're doing it in the right way or not.

Yesterday TA talk with us about our way to work and tell us about our bad habit that we did. We focus too much on one problem and that make our work stuck and waste too much time. If we can't make to load sensor work we should spend time to research more about it or trying to learn to other thing too. not just stop like this.

Yesterday the class has a chance to go to Paolo hospital to talk with the doctor. But, I think Gide has 4 doctor at home we can ask them anytime so, we don't need to go there. But now, I realise my decision was wrong I choose go there. We've doctors at home but, we should get more knowledge and experience if we go there. I'm very sad that I don't pick that chance to get more experience.

There's no class this week but, we've to focus on submit our project progression and we've done many research on our project. This week we have bought the weight scale and try to look at it circuit's and hope it will help us to complete the load sensor as soon as possible.

Project Developing 1 (12 October 2017)
In the same day after meet with Dr.Sittha. We've go to meet with P'Best to borrow the tools for making prototype.
We've borrow
- Arduino Model UNO R3
- Cable for Arduino
- 3 buttons
And we've learn about the arduino since the basic until coding.
Consult About Project (12 October 2017)
To day we have a meeting with Dr.Sittha to consult about our project. At first we've 2 project topic that we want to make application and game. After we've talked with Dr.Sittha we know that our game project may not a good idea. It doesn't attracted to user. So, we choose mobile application as our project topic.
Our application will learn from user with osteoarthritis about their walking behavior. The application maybe connect with the bluetooth device so, user can send the information to the application just by push a button when the user walk too much then feel hurt and stop walking. So, the application will learn the symptom from user. And after we got enough statistics about that the application will alert the user to stop walking before they feel hurt and preventing the symptom to be worse.

Prototype (11 September 2017)
We start the week with elevator speech. Every group come up with their own style but, every group still not perfect. So, next week we need to improve and practice more.
And after that we've learn about how to make prototype. But, before we create a prototype. We need to think of a lot of idea. Then, choose the possible thing to make prototype. Out-of-Classroom learning on Medical Tech Fair (8 September 2017)
On 8 September 2017 our group has been to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center to learning on Medical Tech Fair. There are many interesting technology. Here are some example of technology that we've seen.

Bicycle with game on monitor to inspire the patients to get physical therapy.
The wheelchair that can be move like bicycle for the patient that need physical therapy while they can be fun going around by them self.
The machine that test body balance of the patient.
The chair that can be move up the stair.

In my opinion, this is the most interesting technology that I've found in the fair. It is the machine that use to connect with wheelchair and it can get the patient up the stair without walking.

I've seen many interesting thing that my friend post it on Facebook and KIWI_P1 is one of it. KIWI_P1 is very easy to use. It can only measure mistake by +/- 2 mm. It has only one button but can be use as four modes follow the user habits. It can use to measure the distance in hard to reach spots. The disadvantage of KIWI_P1 is that it can't measure the length with transparent object.

Impactful Design (4 September 2017)
Dr.Sittha teach about impactful design and I've learn many thing like "Amazon Dash Buttons". I've seen that I don't have to thing for something that hard to make but I need to thing different and answer what user want.
And the another thing is the "picture of man sit in the room and read the book" teach me that when I want to do something, the important thing I need to do is investigate them to know what they want and what are they latent need.
The emotion is the important thing on the design too, like the headphone with the good sound has bad looking but, the headphone with the bad sound has good looking. So, they design the good looking headphone with the good sound.
And if you want to create an impactful design DON'T USE linear approach. Like if you wanna do something you do start to do it without investigate the user and the product will not answer what user want. So, you need to use the divergent-convergent thinking which you need to investigate the user and understand what are user need. Then, analysis the information you got and converge everything together to be your solution. For another method you can use Double-Diamond Model Of Design which is similar to divergent-convergent thinking but, Double-Diamond Model Of Design will do the research 2 times the first time we diverge the problem we discover and converge to define the scope of your project and the second time you diverge the solution as much as possible and converge to the solution that can work. Finally, you'll got the solution that can answer what user want.
So, to create impactful design Don;t think linearly. Diverge then converge. And don't forget to do the people value canvas to find the problem of your target group.

What I learn from Health Care research.
My healthcare research topic is about movement and body balance problem in the elder. Which can separate into 3 big group
First, joint disease. Also, known as Osteoarthritis. This disease often found on the elder that do the activity that often jolt. Some are cause by oveweight or by DNA. Most of the joint disease found on 3 organ which are knee, wrist and hips. Joint disease often found on the elder that ages more than 50 years old and found in women more than men. About more than half of the elder that has knee ache choose to solve the problem by reduce activity on their daily routine but, that's not a good solution. When they sit in the same place all day long it'll cause health deterioration and that will cause them to get several disease. Joint disease can be separate in to 5 stages by symptoms which 0 mean normal, patient will feel ache from stage 2, ans stage 4 is the highest stage which mean severe condition.
Second, several disease. There're many disease which can cause movement problem to happen. I'll give you some example. First cerebrovascular diseases which is about the problem of blood vessel in the brain that can separate into four small disease which are stroke, transient ischaemic attack(TIA), subarachnoid haemorrhage and vascular demantia. Second, Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus which is cause by problem of the water draining system in the brain. The symptom of this disease will cause the senile gait happen some of the elder with this disease can't lift their legs or some are walking in the same place. This disease can be cure by tubular surgery.
Last is the decadent from aging, which the symptom is the elder will feel dizziness and this cause the elder to lose their body balance. From the research the elder with is 75 years old or more have this problem 30% on women and 10% on men. And for the elder with is 80 years old or more have this problem 66% on women and 33% on men. This can be summary that women have chance to have this problem 2 or 3 three times more that men.
And I hope that I'll get more knowledge along with study.

Nest Learning Thermostat
Today I've come to learn more about "Nest Learning Thermostat" that Dr.Sittha talk about yesterday. It is very interesting technology for saving energy. It come with a good design. It can learn user daily life from day to day and it will know that how much the temperature that user want at that time, it also can detect if user walk into the room and it will automatically turn on the light for user. When the users are outside they can access the Nest via application on their phone. It can alert on user phone's if something about temperature go wrong in their house. Also, it can show and save the data about how much energy they use each day.
The interesting thing is "Nest" can use with "Google Home" which user can control by talking to it.

Week 2 (19 August 2017)
At the beginning of the class we've to present about our elder activities research but, we don't have that much time so, Ajarn.Priyakorn select some volunteers to to present about their research and I found that the problem that everyone research is not much different from the others.
And Finally!!! I got group project for elder which my group has 6 members and the topic is about "Movement & Walking Balance"
After that, Dr.Sittha Sukkasi come to talk about the idea of thinking, factor that affect to the user, design etc. He also give good example to make me understand what is he talking about. I love the way he teach and represent things. He make everything easier to understand. I don't know if this inspire others to make a good project or not but, it inspire me a lot.
And Finally!!! I got group project for elder which my group has 6 members and the topic is about "Movement & Walking Balance"
My favorite thing today is the "Drawing Quiz" which teach me that "If we spend short time on it we all get the same or similar idea but if we spend more time on it we'll get something different from the others"
[Post] Health tech for aging society.
Today one of our friend in the course has post the link about a seminar in the topic "Health Tech For Aging Society" at the Mahidol University on 19 August 2017. That mean the seminar will held tomorrow! This seminar look interesting and also, the topic is about our project in this course too. I'd like to go to get some idea for my project but I can't attend this because I already have a plan for tomorrow. I hope I will know earlier if they have seminar like this again so, I can attend it. And also, thank you to P'Sirapat Pholwa for recommend the good thing to me.

Introduction Lecture. (7 August 2017)
The reason I choose to register in CPE351 is that I'm interest in the technology that are wearable and I think it will be more popular in the future. And the senior tell me that this subject is not just sit in class and study the lecture but, we've to go on many project outside. I love to hear that because only sit and learn every class is boring. So, I decide to register in this course.
Things that I get from Introduction lecture.
Just an introduction lecture but, it inspire me a lots when I see the picture that they're planning and developing the LIGHT project and at last the project result is very great. I hope my project will going well too. All the teachers and TAs are good and friendly. This course project is focus on health care for elder. And I also know about basic of this course, what will I learn in this class, grading system etc. And the last thing is I've got something to do on my weekend... The research homework!!!
Lastly, I'll try my best on the course project and I hope that it will be a good 14 weeks of learning.
